It is specified that the Products are intended for the personal use of the User, without any direct connection with the professional activity of this one. The User who wishes to buy on the Site declares to have full legal capacity. LABORATOIRE NATIVE cannot verify the legal capacity of the User or the Buyer. Article 1. Subject

Article 2. Products - Price -VAT

The Products offered for sale by LABORATOIRE NATIVE are those which appear on the Site, on the day of consultation of the Site by the User, and within the limits of available stocks. The photographs illustrating the Products do not enter into the contractual field.

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros (€). They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Article 3. Registration and validation of the order

Article 4. Delivery

4.1. Shipping costs

4.2. Delivery tracking

4.3. Terms of delivery
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Purchaser must verify the conformity of these Products. 5.2. Refunds

Article 8. Legal Guarantee

The Buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and defects in the item sold (Article 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Neither Party shall be liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations under this contract, if this non-performance is caused by an event constituting force majeure. Events meeting the criteria set by case law will be considered as force majeure.

The Party invoking an event constituting force majeure must notify the other Party within five working days of the occurrence or threat of this event. The Parties agree that they must consult each other as soon as possible in order to jointly determine the terms of execution of the order during the period of force majeure.
